Dear Nora,
First and foremost I would like to thank you along with your entire team in helping to train our pup Winston. He has returned to us with a far better understanding of what is expected of him. His house breaking issues are still something that need monitoring but have vastly improved since we left him in your care. When he arrived home he was thrilled to see Emma our Sheltie and Arthur his favorite punching-bag cat. Needless to say, Sadie and I are happy to have him back into our lives.
I am, as you had suggested, trying to keep him on a schedule. He has had 3 accidents in the house since he’s been home. The first one was on the first day (to be expected – he was nervous). The second one was on Sunday and I’m not sure what happened there. I am hoping with age that this issue will dissipate once he has more bladder control. During his supervised play time I think he gets so excited playing that he forgets his manners, but again, we will work on it.
All in all, we have gone from several accidents a day, to a few in a week which of course is a vast improvement. He is finally sleeping through the night in his crate. The first week he was waking up every 3 hours or so. Mostly he just wanted attention, I think he woke up un-sure of where he was. He is scheduled to be neutered on Friday and he is in constant need of a bath. Boys, whether two legs or four, seem to enjoy getting their hands dirty.
Thank you both once again. Sadie and I are pleased with his progress. It’s an on-going education for the young lad, and we will keep you both posted.

Dear Nora,
I would like to thank you both for all you have done for our little fireball Lexie the mini pincher, She has changed so much it's amazing! She's still a min pin but a well behaved one. She knows what NO means now; she had stopped biting completely and barking back. She's fully house broken, and for that we are so grateful! She still barks now and then but hey she's a dog but she knows when enough is enough. She sleeps in her create most of the time...if she behaves she is allowed to fall asleep on
her blanket by the bed NOT IN the bed. She's not allowed on the couch or the bed and she knows it. She loves to play outside and go for walks. She's doing pretty good with heeling..time to time she runs after a rabbit hehe.. She knows her commends very well; we practice them on daily basis inside as well as outside.
It's a miracle! Our friends and family couldn't belief their eyes! Now we have a calm and assertive dog as well as happy and loving one. Thank you so much for your help!

Hello Nora,
I do not know if will remember me but almost 8 years ago this summer I brought my 4 month old Cane Corso puppy to your facility in Seaville, NJ for training. His name was Luigi. I guess you can probably tell by this introduction that I had to put Louie to sleep this past week. He had battled bone cancer for almost 9 months and it was finally time to stop his pain.
This was the first dog I ever had on my own and I was not familiar with a dog of his temperament. In the two weeks I left the dog with you guys he had the basic commands down pat. Once I took him home, I worked with him everyday twice a day for the first year. I cut it down to 1 ten minute session every day for the second year and then gradually weaned off. You guts did a great job with both Louie and me. Since I was inexperienced with handling a protective dog Nora was very patient and helpful in
explaining the right and wrong way to handle Louie. She was extremely patient in answering all my questions and in giving advice.
All the hard work paid off. I never got so many compliments about how well behaved Louie was. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Nora. I live in a townhouse community and I must say many of the dog owners would always ask me how I was able to control such a big dog and how did I get him to be so well behaved. It was all due to the foundation that you guys laid when I left him for the two weeks of doggie boot camp.
I would like to thank you again for all you have done. It is difficult
saying good-bye to your best friend but he is in a better place. It was with your help that allowed Louie to have a better quality of life.

Hi Nora,
I've been really impressed with Kiba's behavior since he came home. It's amazing how he responds to "no" immediately compared to before where he'll think about "no". In addition, heel has made my life so much easier. I'm not worried at all when I take him out for walks and I feel really relaxed and not anxious like how I used to. Before I couldn't even take him out to potty without the horrible headcollar on! We still train him every day and it makes me laugh every time I watch
Ron's video of teaching Kiba to "stay" because Kiba gets so impatient when I try to teach him stay that he'll get up occasionally so I can feel Ron's frustration. Overall, it looks like Kiba will be doing okay. I've taken him off the leash today so we'll see how that changes his behavior. Would you recommend keeping it on him if he regresses being off his lease? Anyways, I would like to board him again with you the last week of May. I know it's a couple of months from now but I am planning
ahead. My family lives in California and so we're flying back to have my wedding there. I don't think I would be able to take Kiba with me and I think I feel much better leaving him to you guys, his second parents, than with a friend or in a kennel. If you need the dates now I would be glad to email you back with them but if it's better to wait until it gets closer, I can also do that. Again, thank you so much for helping me tame this boy!

To this day Aaron & I talk about what a difference you made in Casey's behavior and training. Your training, as well as your encouragement to be patient with her, was invaluable. She is the sweetest & most well-behaved Fox Terrier you could imagine. We also appreciate that whenever we travel, we know that she is left in good hands. Casey's reaction (her tail wagging until it is about to fall off!) when you or Fred come to pick her up, is testimony
enough to know how comfortable she is with you & that she knows she is going someplace fun! Just wanted to say thanks again for all of your advice, too, and Casey looks forward to her week with you this coming August.

Dear Staff at Williams Dog Training Company,
Just a quick thank you for your help and support in training our puppy Darcy! She is a very special little puppy. After she came home from school she held her pee for nearly 12 hours at a time … t is remarkable! She has continued to do well responding to the commands you taught Darcy and us. Thank you again for all your help and encouragement. |

Hi Nora,
Muzzy is doing very well. He is responding well to the commands. We are on top of the training like you would not believe. His eating habits are completely changed. He now eats on time (morning and afternoon) and does not bug us anymore at night which is excellent and he eats inside his crate!!!! Yay!! There was a day after a walk when we forgot to give him food so what does he do? He sat next to his crate, looks at us, then looks at his crate back and forth then it hit us!!! Another big change that
we notice is his interaction with other dogs. He's always good with them but he used to be very suspicious of big dogs, so you'll see him very much alert. Now these days, he goes up to bigger dogs, says hi and no problem. He smiles, sniffs, plays and walks away. Bottom line is that he's more confident with himself now. We are certainly going back to your place one of these days for additional training and boarding.
I don't know any other way to say thank you and how much Kendy and I appreciate you guys helping us with him.
Thanks again! |

Nora and Staff,
I took a blind leap of faith when I found your web site, not to mention that round trip for me was an entire day. The thoughts of having Haley so far from home made me anxious at times to say the least but after talking to you I knew she would be just fine. Everything was confirmed for me when I arrived to drop her off. You and your staff did an incredible job with "psycho." Following thru with her training is easy with the video that was provided. As a result she is well behaved, the
cat is happy, as is her "sister" Hannah, not to mention how thrilled I am. She is now know as "former psycho." Thanks again for everything. |

Hi Amanda,
Shadow has been doing great. He has been responding well to each of the commands and he really seems to enjoy the time spent training. Today is the first day that he's been left alone with all of us at work since I picked him up, but he seems a lot happier and calmer. My roommates are very happy to have him back home as well. Hopefully he'll continue to learn.
Thanks for everything. |

Dear Nora & Fred,
Alright - who is that dog you sent home and what did you do with Zeus? Seriously, he is a completely different dog than the one we sent to you. I have walked him a number of times and he has been great. He has not chased after cars, dogs or people and he has not pulled my arm out of it's socket. He walks along side me and stops and sits when I stop. He is also much calmer in the house. When our cleaning lady came today, he barked, but did not go crazy. I realize that we have to still work with
him, but I wanted to thank you again, and have a Blessed Thanksgiving. |

Hi Nora,
I just wanted to send you and Fred another thank you (please pass this on to him as I know he does not participate in email :) ) Chance is an entirely different dog on his walks so far. I feel such a sense of empowerment and control. He walks right by my left hand side sometimes even a step or 2 behind. He is able to sit when I stop walking and we practice this several times on our walks. He stays and goes down during walks and on our return before entering the house. I have been able to walk past
people and other dogs without wondering how to avoid them like I did before. Again, thank you very much. I know without the 2 weeks of training he would not have come this far. Take care. |

To all the staff,
Oliver and I have just had the BEST walk since we have been together (19months) Man &Beast in perfect harmony. We walked together as a TEAM on a three mile hike, and then finished off with a good romp around the Bark Park. Talk about being a proud parent. This morning it just could not have been better. I'll take each walk as it comes, and try and put into practice the things we need too. |

Hi Nora,
I just wanted to thank you and Fred for the wonderful job you have done with Baxter. It's like having a different dog living in our home, and we LOVE it!
I've already implemented all of the training commands that Fred showed me yesterday, and Baxter has been great. He has needed a couple of little tugs to remind him to sit, (once I stop walking) but has been perfect with all of the other commands. I worked with him once we got home yesterday in our backyard where it was very quiet, and again this morning. I even took him to the park this afternoon (where there are alot of distractions) but he listened and acted like such a gentleman. I used the "stay" command
once he did his poopies, so that I was able to pick it up. Prior to the training, he used to pull me all over making it next to impossible.
Our kids cannot get over the transformation in Baxter. They were so impressed with the DVD, which by the way, I have watched quite a few times. Baxter has been calmer, not barking at every little noise he hears, and has not worked himself into a frenzy as he has in the past. Well, only a little once when the mailman came, however I kept him on his leash (as you
both recommended) and let him bark as Fred said that I should, but after a few barks told him no and gave him a tug. He listened!
I will keep you posted on his progress, but wanted to say Thank you Thank you Thank you....
